Transactions & Usage
The Transactions & Usage view gives you a complete record of every credit movement in your organization’s wallet. Whether you’re tracking spending, verifying that a payout was issued, or trying to understand which tools are consuming the most credits, this is where you’ll find that information.
Where to Find It
Transactions & Usage is in the Billing section of the Dashboard. It’s available to all members of your organization, though what actions you can take from the billing section may depend on your role.
What the Usage Log Shows
- Executed At - the exact date and time when the tool run occurred
- Type - the action performed (e.g., execution, invoke)
- Total Cost ($) - the final cost charged for that run (including compute + function cost)
- Tool - the name of the tool that was executed (e.g., Aryan PR Bot, Summarizer)
Additional Details (Optional): - Duration - time taken to execute the tool (in ms)
- Compute Cost ($) - infrastructure/compute usage cost
- Function Cost ($) - additional function/service cost
This gives you a chronological record of everything that has affected your balance.
What the recent transactions show
- Date - the exact date and time when the transaction occurred
- Type - the category of the transaction (e.g., developer credits, referral reward, wallet recharge)
- Amount ($) - the value added to your wallet (positive for credits/rewards, recharge amounts)
- Status - the current state of the transaction (e.g., completed or pending)
Types of Transactions You’ll See
Executions - credits deducted each time a tool is run. These appear as a negative amount and reference the tool that was executed.
Top-ups - credits added when you purchase more from the billing section. These appear as a positive amount.
Earnings - credits received when another user runs one of your paid tools. These appear as a positive amount and reference the tool that was run.
Referral earnings - credits received from the referral program when a referred builder’s tools generate revenue.
Payouts - credits withdrawn from your wallet to your connected payment method. These appear as a negative amount once processed.
Usage Breakdown by Tool
In addition to the full transaction log, the usage view breaks down your credit consumption by tool. This is useful for understanding which tools are expensive to test, which are being run most frequently, and where your spending is concentrated. If a particular tool is consuming an outsized share of credits, this view makes it easy to spot.
Common Uses
The transaction history is particularly useful for:
- Auditing credit consumption across your organization over a period of time
- Tracking earnings from your published tools to see which are generating the most revenue
- Verifying payouts were issued and when they cleared
- Identifying unexpected spend if your balance is dropping faster than expected
- Reconciling credits added via top-up against what was actually consumed
