Workflow Marketplace

Overview

The Marketplace is where published workflows are listed for the rest of the platform. Adopting a workflow copies it into your org so you can run it, schedule it, and (unless it’s locked) edit it.

There are two ways in:

  • The unified Marketplace at /marketplace - filter to the Workflow type.
  • The dedicated Workflow marketplace at /workflows/market.

Browsing

From the unified Marketplace

Open /marketplace and use the Type filter to narrow the grid to Workflows (described as “Multi-step automations that chain tools and connectors end to end.”). Alongside Workflows, the same Type facet covers Agents, Functions, MCPs, and Storm. Workflow cards are tagged Workflow and show a one-time adopt price.

From the Workflow marketplace

Open /workflows/market - “Ready-made automations built by the community. Adopt one into your org.” You get a search box, category chips, and a grid of workflow cards. Each card shows:

  • The workflow’s icon and name.
  • The publishing org and the version.
  • Install count and rating.
  • Price - Free, a per-run price, or a one-time amount.
  • A Workflow chip plus its category chips.

Clicking a card opens your copy if you’ve adopted it, the workflow itself if it’s your own listing, or the listing detail page otherwise.

The listing page

The listing is what an adopter uses to decide whether the workflow fits. It shows:

  • The name, icon, version, categories, and tags.
  • A Locked chip if the graph is locked, and a Free updates chip if the creator offers free future versions.
  • Stats - rating, number of adopts, number of steps, price, and publish date.
  • Section navigation: Overview, Steps, Pricing, Changelog, Reviews, Q&A, and Related.

Pricing on the listing

The listing spells out both charges a workflow can carry:

  • Adoption fee - a one-time charge to adopt the workflow. You get your own copy, yours to keep.
  • Per-run fee - a metered charge each time the workflow runs. You pay only when it actually runs (or it reads Included when there’s no per-run fee).

A workflow is only truly Free when it charges nothing to adopt and nothing per run.

Locked vs unlocked

  • Unlocked - you get an editable copy in your workspace. The creator can’t see your runs.
  • Locked - you can run and schedule the workflow, but its steps stay hidden - you can’t view or edit them.

Adopting a workflow

The main button on the listing changes with your state:

  • Adopt workflow (free) or Pay $N & adopt (priced) - for a new adopter.
  • Open your copy - if you’ve already adopted it.
  • Open workflow - if it’s your own listing.

On adopt, the workflow is copied into your org as a brand-new workflow with its own id, and you’re taken to that copy. Any agents the workflow runs are adopted into your org and remapped automatically.

Connectors don’t carry across - after adopting, authorize the workflow’s own Gmail, Slack, Sheets, and other connectors before running it. See Connectors.

Reviews and Q&A

  • Reviews - after using a workflow you can leave a 1–5 rating and text. Reviews from users who actually adopted the workflow are marked as verified.
  • Q&A - ask the creator a question on the listing. Only the publisher answers, and the answer stays visible for others with the same question.

My Tools

Workflows you’ve built or adopted appear in My Tools alongside your tools and agents, and on the /workflows list page. The list page’s tabs sort them into All, Built by you, Adopted, and Published.
