Plans & Subscriptions
Overview
Rival has four plans: Free Personal, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Each sets your monthly Run Balance, how many seats you get, and which features you can reach.
Manage your subscription at cortexone.rival.io/user/billings?tab=plans. The Overview tab shows your current plan on the Subscription card, with a Manage plan button that jumps to Plans.
The four plans
| Plan | Price | Run Balance | Seats | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Personal | $0 | $1 to get started (one-time) | 1 | Individuals getting started |
| Pro | $15/mo | $5 every month | 1 | Power users |
| Team | $150/mo | $50 shared, every month | 5, then $20/user | SMBs and collaborative teams |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | SSO, governance, and support at scale |
Pro and Team are self-serve - check out with a card. Enterprise is Contact sales.
Free Personal - $0
Everything you need to build, publish, and earn.
- $1 Run Balance to get started
- Unlimited DeepSeek V4 Flash
- 1 seat
- Explore and adopt from the Marketplace
- Build, publish, and earn - no subscription
- Add Run Balance anytime (min $5) for paid tools & compute
Free Personal is the default plan, and it is not a trial you age out of. Publishing and earning need no subscription: you can list a paid tool and collect earnings on $0/mo.
The $1 is a one-time starter grant, not a monthly refill. Once it’s spent, Top Up to keep running paid tools and compute.
Pro - $15/mo
For power users who live in Rival.
- $5 Run Balance every month
- Unlimited DeepSeek V4 Pro
- Everything in Free Personal
- Rival CLI + Rival API access

The $5 is granted again at every renewal, and it is expirable - use it within the billing period or lose it. Top Ups sit in the non-expirable bucket and carry over.
Team - $150/mo

- $50 shared Run Balance every month
- 5 seats included, add seats for $20/user
- Shared workspaces + shared knowledge
- Private company Marketplace
- Roles, permissions, and governance
- Centralized billing and analytics
- Human-in-the-loop support (add-on)
The $50 is a single pool the whole organization draws from, not $50 per person.
Enterprise - Custom
Custom infrastructure, governance, and support at scale.
- Custom Run Balance and usage
- SSO + advanced governance
- Human-in-the-loop services included
- Dedicated support & SLAs
- Custom contracts and invoicing
Enterprise is arranged with sales rather than bought from the Plans tab - the card’s button is Contact sales.
What every plan includes
- Access to every published tool and agent in the marketplace
- Top Up your Run Balance, and withdraw earnings through Payouts
- Refer & Earn participation
- Monetization for paid tools and agents
- The Transactions ledger
Changing your plan
- Open cortexone.rival.io/user/billings?tab=plans
- Find the tier you want - your current one is marked Current plan
- Click Upgrade, Downgrade to Pro, or Contact sales
Only the organization Owner can change the plan. See Subscription & Seats.
Upgrading
Upgrading applies immediately. The new plan’s Run Balance replaces your expirable balance rather than stacking on top of the old tier’s, and Top Ups are untouched.
Downgrading and cancelling
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full access until then. After the period ends:
- Your plan drops to the chosen tier (or Free Personal)
- Expirable Run Balance from the previous plan is removed
- Non-expirable Run Balance (from Top Ups) stays in your account
- Your earnings are unaffected
Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically each month. The expirable balance is refilled to the plan’s monthly amount - it replaces what’s left rather than adding to it, so an unspent allotment does not roll over. A renewal entry appears in the Transactions tab, and the renewal date is shown on the Subscription card.
