Plans & Subscriptions

Overview

Rival has five subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Each plan sets your monthly Run Balance allotment, seat count, and feature access.

Manage your subscription at cortexone.rival.io/user/billings under the Plans tab. The Overview tab shows your current plan on the Subscription card, with a Manage plan button that jumps directly to Plans.

Exact prices and allotments are shown live on the Plans tab in the app. Each tier card lists its full feature set and Run Balance amount.

What every plan includes

• Access to all published tools and agents in the marketplace
• A Wallet for deposits and withdrawals
• Refer & Earn participation
• Monetization for paid tools and agents
• Transactions and Usage analytics

Paid plans add a larger monthly Run Balance, additional seats (Team), and tier-specific support and feature access shown on the plan card.

Where to manage your plan

1. Open cortexone.rival.io/user/billings
2. From the Overview tab, click Manage plan on the Subscription card - or go directly to the Plans tab
3. Each tier shows its icon, included features, and a button: Current Plan, Upgrade, or Downgrade

Upgrading

1. On the Plans tab, find the tier you want
2. Click Upgrade
3. Complete checkout

Your new Run Balance is granted immediately and shows up on the Run Balance card in the Overview.

Downgrading and cancelling

Click Downgrade on a lower tier (or Cancel on your current plan). Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full access until then.

After the period ends:

• Your plan drops to the chosen tier (or Free)
• Expirable Run Balance from your previous plan is removed
• Non-expirable Run Balance (from Top Ups) stays in your account
• Your Wallet balance is unaffected

Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically each month:

• Your expirable Run Balance is refilled to the plan’s monthly amount
• A renewal entry appears in the Transactions tab
• The renewal date is shown on the Subscription card
